Good value, comfort stay, helpful staff
good location easy to visit many place by walking. Room is clean& air conditioned is cool enough.
First time stayed in dormitory room and Arom d gave me very good experience. Credits to 1 of the male staff who can speak in eng and give us the helpful infos. Although it's located at main road but not noisy when we going to sleep. Surrounding is full of hotel and restaurant (pricey due to riverside). We tried the open air stall at Tha Tien pier which is the cheaper choice but food is just OK. Hotel area is without any bts station and the nearest 1 is saphan taksin which we have to take boat to go over! But the boat system is so messy so end up we took taxi. A lot of tuktuk &taxi is around there but make sure u ask the price and bargain (or pretend to go away if they reject to discount) because they know you are tourist.

perfect place, small family hostel
location
Its a small hostel directly on the opposite of Wat phra kaeo. You literally just cross the street. Staff couldn't speak English very well. Room was very small but clean. Breakfast was not included. Breakfast was OK. Good location to go to all the tourist locations but still quiet during the night.

Great location and lovely rooms
Location near Grand Palace and river, good room and bathroom and helpful staff
If you wish to stay in the old town close to the Grand Palace and opposite the Wat of the Reclining Buddha, this is a great location. The restaurant serves great food and coffee, and for cheaper food the food market close to the Hostel and the Ferry Terminal is great ! It is quiet here at night, but a safe 25 min walk to the busier areas of the old city. We loved our stay here and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and clean, cool rooms. The shared bathroom for the dorm rooms was also very clean. It does help to have earplugs, as the rooms face the main road which can be busy at times, although this is a quiet area at night, and the wooden ceiling of the first floor rooms is the floor of the 2nd floor rooms.

Nice and clean hotel close to temples
Friendly staff, cleanliness, location
I stayed here for 3 nights and was very pleased with the female dormitory. Both the dormitory and the bathroom were clean and well-equiped. Each bunk bed had a reading light and a personal locker with lock so you could put away your personal belongings safely. In the bathroom shower gel and shampoo were provided. Internet was fast and the staff is very friendly. The location is great: right across Wat Po, 600 meters from Wat Phra Kaew and only a short boat ride away from Wat Arun. It's a bit further away from the metro/train station but there are plenty of tuk tuk's and taxi's. For 53 à 70 bat a taxi can take you to Hua Lampong, the main train station. The drive takes about 10 minutes. Make sure they put on the meter! Or you can take the tourist boat that stops at the BTS station for 40 bat. At night it is calm in the street so I had a good night rest. Good place to stay and definitely worth the money!
