Hotel was good. Have stayed at the Asia Hotel many times.
WiFi was almost useless. No WiFi in room's. WiFi in lobby was no good. Strength was low and basically didn't work on mobile phone or tablet. I like the Asia Hotel but I need a working WiFi. May have to consider the hundreds of hotels in the general area of the Asia if the WiFi issues can't be fixed.

Becoming complacent
The Good: comfortable bed Very close to the BTS Walking distance to Siam Square, Jim Thompson house, Waterway taxi The Not So Good: terribly understaffed The breakfast (no bacon) coffee could be better Gave me a room with a blocked drainage pipe. Still giving guests the round around. Some things just never change. Overall, I would stay again for its location only.

The perfect hotel for anyone staying in Bangkok. It is reasonably priced and tastefully presented.
Great reception staff and easy to check in or out. Good general service in restaurants and room service with easy access to BTS to ensure fast travel to city and airport. I would recommend to all travelers to Bangkok.

So much potential!
I suggest 'Customer Service 101' be rolled out across this place. The disappointing rating was well earnt on multiple occasions, Apart from the service, amenities, location and spacious rooms tick all the boxes. This place has a lot of potential, however wold not stay again unless reviews around service improved
