It's all about expectations

I booked this hotel mainly for the location, close to my client's office. However despite the price charged through Agoda, it was, at best budget and not much like the information in Agoda. Room was clean albeit spartan. But the hot water only worked when you wiggled the switch, the windows did not shut properly and the decor everywhere all looked a bit tired. There was wifi but it didn't ever work and then there were the neighbours. They decided to hold a concert until after midnight. It was so loud I couldn't hear the TV in my 17th floor room.Not really the hotel's fault, but it did nothing for my night's rest.
But the kicker was when I left. The hotel tried to charge me again despite having an Agoda voucher. Eventually they accepted my refusal to pay but it was very frustrating getting the message across. And to add insult to injury, their charge was less than half of what Agoda had already charged me, although the hotel charge much better reflected the quality of the accommodation.

A cool stay in a hot clmate.

The taxi drive to the hotel was a typical struggle in the extremely busy streets. The staff was very helpful. The air conditioning in the room was very relieving during this hot time of year. Comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast at the hotel.

dhaka es una ciudad complicada, y este hotel puede ser un oasis ante el caos de polución y tráfico. ascensor algo lento, personal amable pero poco efectivo. deberían tener más personal que hablase inglés correctamente. wifi nunca funcionó.

仕事で行ったので、ネット環境が良いのは有り難かった。泊まるだけなら可もなく不可もなく、というかんじで、狭めだが清潔な部屋と大きなベッドがあり、トイレとシャワーがある、ごくごく普通の部屋だった。ただ、タバコ臭く、非喫煙者には、良い気分では無かった。

タクシー、cng、リクシャーの運転手に知られてないホテルなので遠回りされることが多く、また降りるときにはもっと払えと言われてもめ事になることばかりで嫌でした。ホテルスタッフはフレンリーでよいのですが、建物はもう新しくはなく、私が泊まった部屋は見晴らしの良くない小虫の住む部屋でした。朝食バイキングは食パン、ナンとベンガル料理2種、目玉焼き、インスタントコーヒー、紅茶だけで、フルーツもありませんでした。 以上出して泊まるホテルではないと思いました。

没有机场接送服务，不方便。住宿条件和服务态度不错，对得起这个价。早餐很不习惯，太少种类，还没有牛奶。希望改进。
