Great location, big rooms and nice staff Too cold aircondition, not enough facilities - rated a star too high. Had a nice stay at Centrepoint. Could have stayed one more night and will for sure stay there again next time I come back. Simply because of the location.

looked a little dowdy and it would be better if they laid on free transport to and fro airport stopped 4/12/08 until 07/12/08 found the room quite adequate and a good size-needed a re paint general standard good.Had to go through dining room to pool and very little pool furniture
Shopping Tip : local shops but very limited.Night market not that good to a traveller like us

The food was great, and the customer service was fantastic very friendly and kind employees. No internet access in the rooms there werent enough t.v channells. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable I just wished there were more tecnologies availabe in the bedroom.

Size of the room This hotel is located next to a brand new shopping complex. The room I stayed is large with kitchen. However, the room is not clean and not maintained well. Bed mattresses are so old that I was not able to sleep well. There are lots of stains on the carpet.

Centrepoint Hotel - Gadong is at the center of business establishments which makes it very convenient not only for business meetings but also for shopping pleasures.The room is clean,spacious and service is good. No wireless internet in the room. Need to have safe inside the room for safekeeping of important documents and valuables. We had such a wonderful stay in the hotel. Whenever we travel to Brunei, this is where we normally stay.
It is value for money. The room is spacious, clean and the service is good. They provide daily newspapers (Borneo Bulletin and Brunei Times). Breakfast is also provided , but since it's Puasa month, there is no buffet breakfast. However, you can order your breakfast preference and they'll be happy to serve you.
This hotel is located near shopping malls, supermarkets, beauty shops and restaurants.
Hopefully we can visit Brunei soon and definitely we will stay in this hotel again.
Hotel Feature Tip : Stay in non smoking room, and check if your room got wireless internet service.

A very good location. Walking distance to shopping mall. Spacious room & friendly staffs. Our room was facing the open car park, at around 3am some locals open loud music which created noise pollution. Brunei is not a friendly place, you need your own transport to travel around the city. The convenient part of staying in this hotel is that its easy to look for restaurants & can walk around the mall. The tourist attractions are way off from the hotel, therefore need to take a cab from a destination to another. I got the information from my local friends, the cab will charge high rates to the tourist, so do not recommend us to take a cab. Overall the condition in the hotel is good but if you want to visit around Brunei it's better to rent a car & carry a map that will save you more time.

The overall service of the hotel staff is reasonably good and the varieties of food available within the hotel is wide. However, improvements can be made by making internet service available in more areas within the hotel and provide hotel transport or local tours to places of interest in BSB.
