Some noise at night from upstairs but all in all this is a nice friendly hotel with a good rate and reasonable breakfast. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Marvelous Gym Facilties
Fitness sport center was only steps away with alot of equipments. Breakfast got varieties of choices and delicious. Surrounding area have supermarket, cinema and a lot of restaurant to choose

It was totally unexpected of the hotel to provide a total first class fitness centre with a lot of equipment. The swimming pool was clean and private enough. The breakfast was delicious with different menu everyday and delicious. I would like to stay in this hotel every time I come to brunei.

Friendly and vrelaxing hotel
Friendly staff, near some groceries, and public transport availability though some distance to walk.

The place from basically not near to the tourist areas by foot. However, it was near the J'ame Mosque, but far on a walking distance. Strategically located between the different tourist trap areas. For a sightseeing on foot traveller, it is quite not near to any one of them
