Spacious and the room is clean
Air con too cold and could be adjusted.
Basically the hotel everything is perfect except that the air con couldn't be adjusted. During the day time, the air con temp is extremely cold and when it come to night, the air con temp gets better, not too cold. I got a thermal shock because of the temperature and suffer a fever for 3 days. If the hotel temp can be adjusted, it will be good.
Shopping Tip : The Mall is located within this Hotel. Go shopping.

large room , good location.
The staff is not well educated.
We arrived at the hotel from ferry terminal by taxi. And the taxi driver asked a lot of money and we paid. Later we asked the hotel staff to tell us a proper taxi fare . But they didn't know about that. Their money exchange rate was ridiculously bad. For example in the town Japanese Yen 10000 was 152 B$, but in the hotel it was 100 B$. The hotel facilities are excellent but the hotel staff education is poor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : People are kind and friendly. we could have a lot of good meetings with local people. Water village is worth visiting.

- Probably the best location
- Hotel located in the Shopping Mall
- LCD TV with DVD Player
- Bathtub without rubber mat or anti-slip
The hotel is generally good and located right in the shopping mall. The room is spacious with 2 double beds, it comes with LCD TV and DVD player. The Bathtub does not comes with a rubber mat, which makes it slippery when bathing in the tub. The breakfast is reasonably ok. I would stay at this hotel again, if i go Brunei again.

Very friendly service, Spacious, clean, classy, has various facilitis especially in being anexed to a huge shopping centre.
giving more options of different tours and offering visitors a bit more of discounted tours.
Adding Airport-hotel transport on arrival will be appreciated.
At Rizqun International hotel, we experienced a Very friendly service in a relaxing clean and classy enviroment. The furniture was exptionally buetiful and clean. Rizqun hotel offered various comfort and services zones especially in being anexed to a huge shopping centre. The arranged tour and guide were pleasant and informative.
Adding Airport-hotel transport on arrival will add to high image Rizqun hotel enjoys.

Very large, spacious and comfortable rooms with very nice, clean and luxurious bathrooms. Excellent service and very helpful staff.
Restaurant dinner buffet is good, but not exceptional. However, price is very reasonable.
Excellent business and vacation hotel. Very reasonable price for the accommodations. Good location and excellent service.
Travel tip : Remember that the Bruneian dollar and Singapore dollar are interchangeable.

Excellent hotel, central to everything and the staff are exceptional.
Swimming pool feels a bit like a goldfish bowl but has been done very well.
This hotel is one of the nicest hotels anywhere that we have stayed in. The staff are second to none when it comes to care and courtesy. The night market is very close by and is worth going to. We took a taxi into the water village area and caught a water taxi back to the hotel, an interesting ride. Again well worth doing. Unfortunately didn't have time to go to the museums but would do that next time.
Shopping Tip : Most shopping is right on your doorstep with the hotel being attached to the mall and the Centerpoint shops are just down the road. A new shopping centre is open in the water village area is well worth the trip. If you want a taxi order it much earlier than your want to go as there are not that many around. The people of Brunei are an absolute delight, very friendly, we never heard an angry word or anyone raise their voices to their children or each other.

It is easier to get around the whole city using public transport as they will pick you up and drop you virtually anywhere in the route and almost all the drivers can speak English. It is very cheap in a city where there are hardy less than 50 taxis altogether as every single person has their own car.
