Located in the city’s center, this recently renovated and modernized hotel is ideal for leisure travelers wishing to be in the middle of it all. Exploring the sites of Bandar Seri Begawan like the Chinese temples, Brunei History Center and Kianggeh Market can be done by foot. Spend a lazy day inside with an in-suite massage session followed by a spa treatment, ordering dvd’s and 24-hour room service. Each night, there is a themed buffet and missing seafood night is considered a tragedy. Close enough to all the action but not to far from the airport as it is roughly a 20-minute drive away. The multilingual and attentive staff add to the charming décor and atmosphere at the Sheraton Utama Hotel.

despite the stale smell of the rooms, which was quickly corrected by the air conditioner, we had an enjoyable 2 stays at the hotel and we found all the staff to be courteous and polite.
Travel tip : Why go upriver to see the monkeys, when ,if yu select a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the pool, the monkeys put on a show in the trees above the pool area every afternoon.

Location is good. Service is good. I believe this hotel is the best in the center of the city. It's worth to stay if you visit Brunei.

Breakfast is very good. Been in service with fresh-squeezed orange juice for us was excellent. In addition, employees with very friendly people, go out and come back from the warm welcome that.
Restaurant Tip : In the near Night Bazaar, a simple meal can take, there are few other restaurants. Night Bazaar is a type to eat outside, if you want to dine in the building is a bit inconvenient.
