We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but first impressions were bad and caused by inexperienced check-in staff.
- Travel tip : the food at the main dining room on the Atrium middle level was great and the wait service was efficient and polite.

It is a great hotel to stay with a wide range of facilities and luxury to offer. However the general service quality is not even up to 4 star standard and unmatched to the hotel's luxury image.
