A little out of down which is a plus for quiet and they are very helpful arranging a tuk tuk to go in and out of town. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Look for the tuk tuk driver for a great tour with english speaking driver.
Kathy O. Business travelers Australia, March 17, 2012	Nice hotel but dark rooms Location was good for central Siem Reap 7 The hotel was ok - the lobby area was nice with ponds and fish. The rooms were dark and smelled quite strongly of damp and possibly mould. Not great for working in as they were very dark and no proper chair to work at. The staff did bring an extra lamp when requested. The restaruant was ok, uninspired food but ok if you didn't have the energy to leave the hotel. Two out of the three of us had to move rooms while we were staying there for a three night stay. For the price it wasn't a bad option considering the location. the staff did their best to accomodate any requests such as use the phone etc.

Couples Australia, February 17, 2012	Friendly staff but out of town Large very clean room at a great price price, good breakfasts, helpful staff 8.3 Booked into the lodge which was very small so upgraded to a huge superior room for just $8 more per night. Very friendly staff. Immacualtely clean hotel with good meals available. On a dirt road and a bit far from town so we had to take a tuk tuk everywhere rather than walk. We were able to use the 'sister' hotel's pool and owner would have picked us up and dropped us back had we wanted. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The bamboo train and the children's circus were both must sees in Battambang.

Solo travelers Netherlands, February 10, 2012	one of the best,very friendly owner. nothing was too much to make you feel like home. 9.7 Father Meng and his son Prakad Meng,they make sure you feel welcome in there lovely Khmer Bungalow Hotel. The dinner was great also the breakfast,and in the morning that i had to check out they gave me a lunch pakket for on the bus to Phnom Penh. Prakad gave me a hike on his motorbike to the other hotel for a swim and relax at the pool. They got also bicycle's for free of use for the costumers of the hotel. So thank you father and son Meng for the wonderfull and relaxing time that i spend in your bungalow hotel,next time when im in Battambang, im sure staying in your hotel again! Hotel Feature Tip: They look after the people, warm and friendly family and good food, i recommended this bungalow hotel as the best in Battambang.

Clean room and good services. Bicyles were offered for a tour de ville without having to pay. Kind support with respect travelling and tourist information higly recommendable place

Couples Australia, January 07, 2012	exersise caution when booking helpful 6 the photos of the standard rooms bear no relationship to the bungalow supplied to us. after much negotiating a room as shown was supplied. standard room is tiny and poor. way out of town and costs saved in booking are consumed quickly in travel.

Couples France, December 17, 2011	Really a bungalow Friendly people, family run 6.3 the hotel is quite strange when you first arrive as our room was not in the main building where the family of the owner seems to live. our room was in a bungalow at the back of the big house. it has more a family run guesthouse. the place is a it out of town which is good as the town is small but noisy. so it is calm except when there is a ceremony at the near-by temple! owner and family were very nice and honest. they have a small travel agency and we had really good prices for ours tickets.

Solo travelers Australia, December 12, 2011	Standard room but non-central location Friendly family-owned guesthouse 6 the guesthouse is overall standard, the room and the service. the location of the guesthouse is not central to restuarants or traveller services. the staff are friendly and helpful. the set breakfast which is included is basic. for those travellers who prefer off the bustling centre accommodation may find its setting in the suburb attractive.

The rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. 9.3 The place is lovely and the owners are very helpful. The fact that it is out of twn is both a pro and con. It is very quiet so you will sleep very well, but it is a bit tedious to get into town. Solo travelers, keep in mind that there are only a few rooms, so this will likely not be a place to meet other travelers. Shopping Tip: Got to the Rachana Handycraft place across the river. The handycrafts are made on site and the women get properly paid for their work. Good plaxe to get presents. It is not in many guidebooks. The owner and the tuc tuc driver know it.
