the room was large and spacious, loved the outdoor bathtub...only issues were the mosquitos when using it. while the service was exceptional - the rooms do get hot in the day when you are out and about (ac only works with key in the room electrical center) - and even though there are large windows - no screens, so you can't open them to get a breeze. and without the ac - room gets a little musty. would still stay here on my return - might ask for one of the rooms closer to the pool as they have more shade. only other issue for me, but it's a personal thing - beds were too hard. but if you sleep on a harder bed - you might be okay.

Charming hotel with great service.
Very nice decor, friendly and efficient service.

an exceptional hotel. the individual bungalows were very well designed and decorated. a great deal of attention was paid in selecting local. much of the decorative material came from recycled ox-drawn carts. very nice touch. the staff was very friendly and efficient. the restaurant provided a good selection of khmer cuisine. the management was very helpful in arranging visits in the area and our journey onwards.

Hôtel assez excentré par rapport au centre-ville. A l'exception du manager qui est compétent,
le service est peu professionnel car le personnel n'est composé que de stagiaires. Nous ne sommes pas contre cette politique de fonctionnement mais, dans ce cas-là, il faut former
ces jeunes gens qui travaillent correctement mais beaucoup trop lentement, ce qui ne répond pas aux critères d'un établissement de cette catégorie. La chambre est agréable et la piscine jolie.
La restauration laisse à désirer vu la pauvreté du petit déjeuner et de la carte pour les repas
qui s'avère succincte à des prix excessifs, qui plus est.
