Very helpful staff

Nice sun terrace upstairs.

Very nice hotel for cambodian get togethers. Spoke a bit english and tried best to please, very polite. Quite far away from the tourist area though for if you Need to walk back in dark, you must have a torch and be prepared to confidently pass local's dogs.

the location is toward the end of town which is very quiet and secluded. one plus is its very close to the only convenience store in kep. the ocean is directly in front of the rooms and its beautiful, but there is not much of a beach there. the nearest beach for recreation is about a 15-20 minute walk so depending on what you're looking for, the location could be a hit or miss. the room itself was large, bright and pretty but since there is so much empty space nearby, the bugs were all over the patio and got in the room quite a bit.
