The guy who runs the place had good people skills and was able to give us honest advice on how to see the local sights.

Couples United Kingdom, April 27, 2012	Great family run guesthouse Quiet location only a short distance from riverfront 7.7 we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here. i was ill for a couple of days and it was the perfect place just to relax and get better. my husband took advantage of the motorbike hire the guesthouse offers for one of the days. they also have an on-site tour office with competitively priced tours and minibuses to sihanoukville on offer. the bungalow we stayed in was spacious and clean and set in a pleasant garden environment. all bungalows also have outdoor seating and tables to enjoy. the food was excellent - we especially recommend the veg green curry & chicken red curry. just check the price before booking. we ended up paying double the rate that we would have got if we had booked direct. (we did however have breakfast included in our rate but we didn't spend even half of the extra we were charged for that). the owner speaks very good english so it's no problem to contact them directly. Restaurant Tip: Food at Rikitikitavi was delicious & best enjoyed with happy hour cocktails and sunset views.

Couples France, June 24, 2012	hotel manquant de proprete aucun 2.3 accueil negligé, nous sommes restés en plan! porte d'entrée ajourée sur les cotés, mauvais fonctionnement de la fermeture de la porte, difficile de fermé la porte! chambre austère, plafonds ajourée et conte plaque gondolé!l 'electricite je n'en parle meme pas !!!!!!!une catastrophe. salle de bain, toiles d'araignée sur les murs et au plafond, évier branlant, et evacuation d'eau bouchée! petit dejeuner compris dans le descriptif:un thé , une omelette au bacon pris en charge mais pas le jus d'orange. petit dejeuner compris de 3 euros, mais le reste a votre charge ma note est de 5/20 vraiment déçu, photos a l’appuis s'il le faut! j'avais paye 3 nuits, je ne suis resté que pour deux! je ne conseil en aucun cas cet hotel, plus que decevant !!!!!!
