Given that this hotel costs about double the amount of other guesthouses in Kep, the amenities were very poor. There was no hot water in the evening, and by the morning there was no water at all. The restaurant only had a fraction of the food and drink listed on the menu and the owner kept everyone up half the night by organising a party for his friends (with loud music and karaoke!) right outside the hotel. There are much better-service guesthouses available in Kep, with hot water and air-conditioning, at half the price which I will use on my next visit. A pity as the setting was lovely. There were also a ton of mosquitos - not the hotel's fault, but did not add to the experience!
