Good location, not a good hotel

Good location is all you can say. Big room with view of the ocean but hygiene is an issue. Bathroom not clean and ants floating in the coffee at breakfast. Power cut for one full day and no diesel for the generator so no aircon and no wifi. Vastly overpriced for what you get in this area.

We had a double room that looked out on to rabbit island, lovely views. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and we also ate there in the evening. It is a long way from the centre of town but most accommodation in Kep is a fair way out and the centre is pretty quiet. Very relaxing place, will be even better if they get permission to build a pool. The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly.

this place is a gem. One of the best for a lazy seaside town in Cambodia. the rooms are nice and clean, great big TV. location on the water beats most others in Kep. situated with unobstructed view of water, pier and boats to Rabbit island coming and going all day.. freshest of the fresh seafood was excellently prepared and dinner for 4 with plenty of beer and wine was $52. did I say this place is a gem?
Hotel Feature Tip:
this is one of the best hotels around all of Cambodia seaside towns if you want to just be lazy and lay in the sun and watch the sunsets.
