A very friendly owner and staff greeted us and even bid us farewell on leaving. The location is great, with not only a beautiful view but also quiet, if you might be looking for it ! Simple modern rooms with utilities like air-con and hot water.

Beautiful spot in Kep with friendly staff

This hotel has mountainous Kep National Park in the background, although it is not on directly on the water it is not too far. Clean rooms, great pool. Friendly staff and a delicious breaky. We had to ask for a mosquito net, but the staff were able to meet our request. We organised a moto ride around the park with the staff at the hotel.

the hotel is conveniently placed on the road into kep from kampot up a short driveway. the welcome was very friendly and the staff accomodated any requests we made with a smile. they organised a motorbike hire and also provide bicycles for hire with some older bicycles available for free. the rooms in the bungalow were spacious and well furnished. we were able to exchange our booking for a large twin room as i was travelling with my brother. the pool is an excellent size and was a very pleasant surprise as there are not many properties offering this amenity in the area. the breakfast was served on an elevated wooden property which had an excellent ambience and was also where you could have some drinks in the evening. the french owner and his staff were very friendly and were happy to chat and inform during breakfast and early evening drinks.
the only small gripe would be for the owner to invest in some new towels for the bungalows,apart from that we would highly recommend a stay at the malibu bungalows.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to the local wildlife park and go up the hills for some stunning views and excellent scenery.

Kep tampoco es una zona con ningún hotel de super lujo pero este hotel esta en un entorno encantador una piscina central y casitas en los alrededores... sabanas sucias, colchón muy incomodo, lavabo normalito y desayuno muy pobre... me pedí un batido de plátano y la leche que le pusieron era leche en polvo!
Hotel Feature Tip:
corres el riesgo de algún gracioso que se emborrache y le de por bañarse a las 3 de la mañana en la piscina fastidiando el sueño de los demás... llevo un mes y medio viajando por Asia y esa ha sido la vez que peor he dormido... reserve 3 noches pero me fui a la primera aun teniendo pagadas las 2 siguientes.

piscine et jardin splendide

nous sommes restés 5 nuits et avons changé de chambre 2 fois. La saison des pluies ayant fait son oeuvre....
Dans la première chambre qui était un bungalow dont le toit manquai grandement d'être restauré, les araignées avaient fait leur apparition ainsi que les cafards.....!!! situé à proximité de la jungle, quelques frayeurs le sort en entrant dans nos chambres...!!!! le lendemain après avoir changé de chambre, la pluie dûe à la mousson avait innondée notre chambre par un toit complètement vétuste. Domage, car le lieu était chamant. nous avons de nouveau changé de chambre pour atterrir dans une suite en dur donnant sur la piscine et notre fin de séjour fut idylique et serein...!!
Travel tip:
allez faire un tour à l'ile des lapins, une journée magnifique à la plage, et une traversée en bateau inoubliable. je recommande aussi le crab market à ne surtout pas rater...!!

到着時に予約をホテル側で昨日と勘違いされてチェックインまで時間がかかった。
部屋に扇風機しか無く寝苦しい夜を過ごしました。
エアコン付きの部屋の予約を強くお勧めします。
他は快適でした。

Цена на номер соответствовал качеству,прекрасный вид на бассейн,горы.Приветливый персонал,чистый,просторный и уютный номер,нплохой завтрак,единственный недостаток- на ужин в ресторане мне приготовили суп-лапшу с морепродуками,но вместо " рисовой" лапши(как полагается) оказалась лапша типа"доширак" или "ролтон"?! и это за 5.5 долларов США,в общем испортили креветки... и настроение
