Potentially very nice but rather chaotic as the hotel has recently been taken over. Staff under training and a long way to go. Beautiful setting in the hills .

beautiful hotel but open plan bathrooms
pool, vegetation, cat and dogs
8.7
The surroundings of this small hotel are lovely and restful. The cabins are nicely decorated. However make sure you are good friends with your travel partners because there is no door to any part of the bathroom and you cannot even go from the shower to the sink without being seen through the front sliding doors of the room. Unfortunately the staff and owner were not knowledgeable about the area and many had little English. The young owner, from Singapore, is working to improve the appearance of the hotel and so far has done a nice job. There are some lovely touches, such as the candles put round the pool in the evening. We had the 2 bedroom cabin and the second bedroom does get very hot. I took the mat hanging over the door down to allow the air con to get into the room. It was sleepable. The cat and 2 dogs are very friendly but not intrusive. My grandson spent much of his time looking for the cat, Moy, and cuddling her. The hotel was very clean.

Great hideaway with friendly staff
The pool is central to everything
9.3
Great rooms with good airconditioning, bathroom and TV, but the pool is the best part, where you can sit around and enjoy cheap cocktails from the bar. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and patient with their brand new staff. Breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, crepes, and eggs made to order. Even though access is via a secluded dirt road, it's only a short 10 minute walk to the crab markets where you will get some great seafood.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk up the mountain for some good exercise and views of Kep.

Beautiful tropical setting, and great food.
Bungalows are beautifully appointed, food was awesome
9.3
The bungalows were beautiful and comfortable. The food was excellent, the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The owners and staff were very friendly. The swimming pool was great as well. The bungalow had fully-funtional air-conditioning, hot water, and excellent water pressure. I liked this place very much.

new owners had taken over 6 days before we arrived and were just finding their feet. rooms were clean, but a bit run down. we had lunch on the first day, and it was really good. staff and owners (french guy and singaporean girlfriend) were friendly and keen to please. pool area was nice and breakfast was ok. overall, good location and value for money.
