This is ideal for those who want to be away from the action, but only a few minutes away by tuk-tuk. Nice, clean and comfortable accommodations, with friendly staff made this a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast, even if it was not served buffet style, was ample. There was a wide selection of choices: American, Cambodian, Asian, Healthy, etc. I also like the free welcome drink - I opted for an ice cold glass of draft beer with peanuts.

Food served at lunch in the restaurant was a bit pricey, considering the food quality. There was water leaking incessantly from an exposed pipe in the bathroom, which we didn't bother to report anymore.

My wife and I were greeted warmly as we checked in. We were promptly given keys to room 220, a corner room with two (2) twin beds. Nice and clean rooms with all the standard amenities. The bathroom was a bit dark, however, and the replacement towel issued on our second day was tattered. Other than that, everything about our stay was good. We were gladly given assistance to get an English speaking driver to give us a tour of the city and environs.

Restaurant Tip : Take a tuk-tuk to the Pop Cafe on the river front. They serve excellent pizza & pasta. Their tiramisu was great. For Cambodian food with a flair, try Mallis Restaurant. They give a complimentary tuk-tuk pick up from the hotel to the restaurant. Good food & service.

good rooms, great staff

not near night life

this is a nice hotel if a little bit away from the night life but then it'll only cost you $2 for a tuk-tuk. Staff where extremely friendly and helpful. the rooms are comfortable but very basic and have to be locked with a key when going out. the breakfast is good if limited. The evening resturant is quite good also.

Nightlife Tip : streets 136 and 104 have the best bars and nightclubs
