Couples United Kingdom, April 21, 2013	Grand hotel for a minuscule price Price, Room size, Breakfast 8.3 We got the bus from Ho Chi Minh into Phnom Penh and then grabbed a tuk tuk who brought us to the hotel. The location is quite a way from the busier areas but that meant it was fairly quiet. Our room was on the top floor, it was very large and clean, however the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well and the room never got cold which meant it was quite a hot restless sleep.
