good location, near riverside, but not noisy. but looking different than on photo. it is ok for stay just 1 night. aircon working ok, shower is clean. good comfortable bed. safety hotel. but walls in room is dirty. also room is dark. price is overpriced. we want to stay 1 week, but after 1 night we moved.

we stayed on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the street below. (we opted for the superor double) we were really pleased with the size of the room and the great location! however if your not a fan of stairs ask to stay on the lower level. we found it was good value for money! definately one of the better hotels we stayed in

It's in a convenient area, but a bit noisy (good for bars). But the unit itself is clean, roomy and comes with a lot of privacy and comfort. I like the private bedroom and balcony the most. Highly recommend.

bj house is a small, single shop house style guest house. i stayed in one of the two apartments. 60 sqm to space relax in, meters from the riverside.
the apartment was excellent for the price. a large balcony to watch people going about their business in the street, spacious living room and a clean comfortable interior bedroom. the bedroom has a window that looks onto the living room, which means it's dark and quiet and isolated from the noise outside.
the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Blue Pumpkin on the riverside, not far from the hotel. Great place for an ice cream or sandwich.

Disapointed with room not at all like photo. In need of a freshen up. Room was also up 4 flights of steep stairs. Forget it if you are unfit. On the plus side a staff very pleasant Breakfast of omelette and bread good

the hotel location is great, near by the pub, night market & just walk 10 min to the central market. but beside of the hotel is a pub have a bit noisy. the breakfast is very simple.

Room was different from pictures. Paid for a superior king size room but ended up quite disappointed. Staff was generally friendly but could be more accommodating. Breakfast was good. Location was also okay (relatively centrally located i guess).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Royal museum and Royal palace but you have to sit a tuk-tuk. It is quite tiring to walk in the scorching sun.

I loved my stay at BJ's. The 3 girls always had a big smile and I was looking forward to it every day. They changed the sheets very day, at breakfast they made sure the fan was pointing towards me. Very clean and good size rooms.
I will stay there again

this is very well located guesthouse, just one block from the riverside (two minutes walk). it is situated in the centre of many shops and bars, so from here it is just a small walk to anywhere. if you don't want to walk because it is to hot, just get one the twenty or more tuk-tuk-drivers within waiving distance.
the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. even more so than i am used to in asia and that's saying something. the room, a superior apartment is very spacious and very good value for money. take my advice and get this room.
