Very Nice Hotel. Great Location
10
Very friendly staff and the hotel was clean and modern. No lift in the hotel so be prepared to climb the stairs, the only negative thing I can say. Good breakfast and the location of the hotel is excellent only a short walk to the front. For business or for a short holiday I would recommend this hotel.

there are a some really nice parts of the hotel. the room size was great and the balcony was incredible. the staff was super nice and the food was pretty good. the location is great. however, the noise wasn't so much right next to you but almost directly in your head. they must have opened a local karaoke place next door that stays open until 2 am and the speakers were right on the other side of the bedroom wall. i would have really liked to have recommended this place because the staff was great and the room was great for the price but that noise was way too much.

The staff are helpful in every way. Location is excellent. Rooms large and clean.

a little gem of a hotel. close to everything, with very large rooms and ultra-friendly, helpful staff. i can't fault this place. although it's a budget hotel it easily makes up for this in countless other ways. i would not hesitate to stay here again. i hardly feel inclined to even bother looking for another place to stay in phnom penh. bj's house gets my vote.

Lovely hotel but small rooms
6.7
i like the design of the hotel. it was quite romantic if travel with couple. i'm not sure about their food but their breakfast was ok. location nearly riverside but a bit far from russian market and independent monument. air conditioner was hot, no massage there but you got a small bar on ground floor, can have a small talk with friends if you recommend quiet environment.

Lovely small guesthouse near the riverfront.
Small, great location, great food, brilliant staff
9.3
arrived at 1am and staff waited up for me. guesthouse is lovely and small, in fantastic location where you can watch phnom penh life go by. staff were happy to carry my bags up the stairs, and were friendly and helpful throughout to a huge degree. room was clean, and mossie nets meant i had a mosquito free stay :) choices of 4 different breakfasts, and do try some of the other food on the menu-delicious and reasonably priced. tuktuk drivers outside are friendly and happy to guide you around for a fair price. all in all i had a great stay and would happily stay there again.

We traveled around Cambodia in October 2011. We had pre-booked this place via recommendations.
When arriving we were greeted by friendly staff, English wasn't their strongest point, but they tried their very best and we always managed to communicate well enough.
We soon noticed we enjoyed our meals alot more at the Market and water front, more then the meals immediately around us.
The Market was at walking distance, from memory was about no more then 5 to 8 mins walk.

On a quiet street near the riverside
Great staff, excellent location, Khmer owned
10
I can't say enough about the location, just a 30 second walk to the Mekong river, but on a quiet side street. After my initial visit, I returned and was upgraded to the apartment, which was a real treat. It's a small hotel, I believe they only have six rooms, so the staff are especially attentive to each traveler. My room was cleaned every day. I will definitely be back again!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Book the apartment if you enjoy sitting on a balcony and watching the world go by.
