I stayed here for 4 nights during a business trips. I booked a "garden" view room. I couldn't use this area at night because of the night club noise from the building next door. I was overcharged by the taxi arranged by the hotel despite having contacted the hotel to advise them of my flight delay from Bangkok. The pool was the highlight and the breakfast and the noise were the low points/ There are so many better hotels in Phnom Penh but I booked this on friends' recommendations. I will be choosing somewhere else next time. The location is good for night-life and cultural sights.

Our stay was disappointing, after reading the reviews we expected more.
There were lots of mosquitoes and we just couldn't keep them out of our room so we got bitten a lot and had to sleep with repelant on. We couldn't use the mosquito net around our bed because itstopped what little cool air the a/c did provide getting to us.
The breakfast was a choice of eggs, fruit and breadanyhting else was charged extra. Ok for one night but after 5 days became very boring.
All the cambodian staff members were lovely, friendly and accommodating but there was a western lady there that didn't once acknoledge us.
One positive is the internet was high speed even our room.
They also forgot to book our cab to the airport even though we gave them 2 days notice.

My stay in this hotel are fantastic. I will plan to visit them again . Love there are location cos i can just walk to many place side seeing are just near by . People over there are very friendly. I have even left my camera in one of the restorent near by , there are waiter came out and look for us. This is a very safe place.

Great to have somewhere with a pool to relax after a day pounding the pavements, although the pool area itself is 90% in the shade. Walking distance to bars and restos and quay, but plenty of tuk tuk drivers at the entrance keen to take us wherever we wanted. No lift in the hotel, and we were on the top floor so that made sure we got plenty of exercise, but you may prefer to ask for a lower floor.

Staff here were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a set menu which is ok, so you don't overeat, like at some buffet menus. Staff were helpful re setting up transfers to airport and organising a driver for taking us to killing fields/s21/central market. Room was nice and location was good, not far from riverside restaurants and bars

My sister and I stayed for two nights at the Blue Lime and we even convinced our newly met friend, Marion to come and stay at the hotel with us. The place is peaceful during the day but can be quite noisy at night because there is a pub right next to it and the pub has a karaoke.
The reception when we arrived was phenomenal. We were welcomed with fruit juices and refreshing wet towels (the kind of perks that seems heavenly especially since we took one red eye flight another early morning flight to get there)... it took them forever to check us in. But we didn't mind.
The hotel is also within walkable distance to the riverside. It is near the National Museum and The Royal Palace. Once you have reached the riverside you can also walk right to the independent monument.
Arrangement for bus tickets to get to Siem Reap, Ho Chi Minh City and other nearby places like Battambang, Sihanoukville and Kampot can be made at the reception.

My little paradise

We enjoyed the unique designs of their rooms and the lovely swimming pool. The staff on duty named Pauline was so helpful!! Our flight out was still at 5pm so i asked if he knew any cheap hotels near the royal palace for us to be able to rest in after touring and to kill time without breaking the bank. He not only recommended but also booked a room for 6 of us to bum in. Food in the hotel was good and drinks were refreshing.
Downside: construction next door and at night they sleep there and make a lot of noise. Bathroom windows were like portals for neighbors to see you. I had to stick paper to cover as construction was right beside my window

First, the most impressed thing is staff's smile and kindness. My friend's baggage was lost during our flight and we didn't know what to do 1st day in Phnom Penh, but the hotel staffs were very kind to keep calling phnom penh airport and trying to find it. It was so helpful that we could finally find the baggage at the night. And my english is not so well, but they kept trying to hear me and understand what I meant. It is common in Japan, but not in Cambodia. They are special. Thank them so much still now.
