Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Do not stay here
Far from city centre and awful service
2
I am not one to complain, but this was the most horrendous experience i have had in my many travels. I was expecting some luxury after travelling for several weeks in Cambodia, but it was a complete waste of money. The hotel's website said "Khmer hospitality," but I have experienced better hospitality in a road-side fruit stand.
I arrived at 3pm and they informed me that my room hadn't been cleaned yet, even though check in was at 2pm. The room itself was ok - nice big king size bed and balcony over looking the Mekong. After a cursory inspection, I found the sink tap was broken, the shower head was cracked and didn't stay on the wall, as well, the toilet didn't flush properly. Although the bedding was nice, the pillow cases were cheap and stained.
I went to the pool to cool down after the six hour bus ride from Siem Reap and there was no attendant or towels to be found. Had to go back down to reception and request one. It become very obvious that the hotel is extremely understaffed.
I had some food brought up afterwards and it was good. Was just settling into a tv film when the power cut out for five minutes around 6:30pm. The power then went off again, just after 7pm for 30 minutes.
Now, the thing that concerns me is that there were no flash lights provided in the room, nor did the telephone work. When I ventured out into the hallway, there WERE NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS. There was absolutely no indication of fire alarm lights in the room or hallway. This is unsafe.
When the electricity went back on, I phoned the front desk to ask about the fire alarms - they were electrically powered. How is that safe when people are smoking everywhere? I had a very strong word with someone on the front desk and to 'console me' they sent up a fruit platter. How does fruit help if the building is burning down?
I awoke around midnight when a woman was shrieking in the hallway. I opened the door to see what was happening, and it appeared that she was very drunk and has

avoid this hotel-worst service weve had in se asia
2
we are a 26 year old couple who have been traveling se asia for 2 months now. we are budget travelers who wanted to stay in a little bit nicer hotel for a couple of nights. we were put off since the moment we were greeted and it never got any better. this hotel has the worst customer service that we have had in 2 months in se asia. none of the employees even acted like they enjoyed their jobs, they were of no help. this place should never be considered a 4-star hotel. the jacuzzi did't work, the sauna didn't work, the steam room had black steam coming out of it, and the fitness room was terrible. the room was nice except that the bathtub leaked, which filled up the entire floor and 2 of the lights were broken and the fixtures hanging down. the wifi didnt work in the rooms. the breakfast was terrible. everything was sitting out and cold and they would keep all of the food and reuse it every day. we had met a guy from england that was sick for days because of the noodles that he ate for breakfast and ended up checking out early. i hate having to write bad reviews, but this place deserves it. they need to have a complete staff overhaul and try to employee some peoople who care about their jobs. don't waste your time and money here!

Too far out from the main action in pp. The internet didn't work in the room. They made me buy credit for an independent wifi provide, but that also didn't work. The sky bar was closed, and breakfast was spoilt by rap music playing on the tv screen. I did make them turn it off after noticing other guests commenting. I asked the desk to arrange a meter taxi, to take me to the airport. Someone's uncle turned up with an old car, no meter and decided to extract 17 dollars for the ride. I wont be going there again

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Phnom Penh
Swimming pool, balcony rooms
8
We stayed here as we were cycling to Kampung Cham the next day so the location was ideal, but it is a way out of town if you're on foot. for the price a fantastic find, swimming pool and gym were great and views of the Mekong were beautiful from our room. The hotel was pretty quiet when we stayed there so we were upgraded to a suite, and it was a lovely room. Staff were also very friendly, the restaurant and breakfast were fine, but the upstairs bar and massage room were closed for our visit.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't miss the sunset from the swimming pool. Also make sure you get a room with a Mekong view.

Very nice hotel
big rooms, good service and always with a smile
9.3
I recommendent this hotel, the only minus is the location, because it is a little far away from the centre, but there is a free shuttle service from to hotel, or you can get a tuk-tuk.
Very big rooms, clean and comfortable. Good service. Delicious food at the restaurant.
Very good hotel!

Nice hotel, but 10 mins drive from centre
Rooms, breakfast, helpful staff

The hotel & rooms were very grand however the location was slightly isolated. The hotel was also very quiet at the time of our stay therefore we thought it lacked atmosphere. Great breakfast and great facilities.
