Great location with a sizable room (deluxe)
Located near main sights like Royal Palace, Central Market, National Museum.

Very conveniently located, though took our tuk tuk driver some time to find it on the street as the building numbers are not always in sequence. Was a great room, like it was just completed though the hotel is 3 yrs in operation. Breakfast is not included but for guest you get 50% off the USD5 price and its quite a hearty breakfast spread (5 choices of bacon, ham, etc).
The shower is the 'rain shower' type so if you dont want to get your hair wet, bring a shower cap as the hotel doesn't provide any. There was great wifi connection throughout the hotel.

great little hotel, real value for money. loved the place, the staff were professional and helpful, hotel and rooms spotlessly clean and lovely. see tip below for family friendly restaurant nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a fantastic restaurant on the opposite side of the road just 50 meters from the hotel (turn right as you walk out of the hotel) named romdang. the place is lovely, fantastic food, cold beer, and a pool and kids playroom that is wonderful.

Manager is Australian very kind and helpful man..Rooms have thin long window but not opening and no fresh air..Breakfast you can choode one ömelette or scrambled egg or one cheese bacon toast etc.. For this price should be buffet..Modern clean good cafe..Overall 8/10...

Located in city center, easy to go anywhere by "tuk-tuk" (traditionally vehicle in Cambodia).
The room is clean and completed with air conditioner, internet access, television, except coffee/tea maker. the room also has bathroom with shower. Small but Clean....
Breakfast is included, but no good choices of the food provided for breakfast. The restaurant is not completed by air conditioner, only fan there.
Shopping Tip:
Go to russian market......, so many thing of cambodian craft sell in this market. especially stones and silk..., good quality of silk.

Room is clean but only got small window. No telephone is the room. Don't provide hot drinking water & cup. Need to make milk for children had to go downstairs at reception to get hot water.

Hotel was fine but staff not that efficient of helpful. Do not book your bus through this guesthouse as they charge you more for disgusting old buses to Siem Reap. Book thru Mekong Express instead.
