Decent Hotel
Location close to Central Market, Clean Rooms and attentive staffs

Room is of a good size, however, there is a weird smell of the room, not too sure if it’s because of the air freshener or the room just has very bad ventilation (which I’m not surprised as there are no windows)
As for the location, other than being close to central market, its quite far from everywhere else.

Modern hotel with gracious staff
Staff were eager to help, the architecture is very open and space is well utilized. The room was spacious, and 24 hour room service was appreciated.

Overall the stay was great. Slightly disappointed that a surcharge would be added for a family to stay in a room (two adults and one child age 12). The staff was not as polite when inquiring about how many people were staying in the room I booked for my mother and brother, but this was the only time I felt they were impolite. It was clear they were just trying to abide by hotel policy. I would recommend though that the booking system be changed not to permit 3 persons if only 2pax are permitted in a room.
Also, the shower head was in a poor location in our bathroom as it wet the toilet seat and toilet paper...more consideration should be given when planning out the plumbing.

Nicely presented rooms, other reviews mentioned dark rooms so paid extra for balconies we worried needlessly as everything was lovely. Free Internet was good. Bathrooms were good with decent showers and nice toiletries, don't know if water was solar heated, although warm enough some days water was not as hot as it could have been. Good but basic choice for breakfast and discount for guests was appreciated. Decent coffee available separately. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Nice hotel - good value option

Stayed here in a triple room with my 2 brothers twice on our trip in Cambodia. Its about a 10 minute walk to the Quay, with a good, friendly bar attached to the hotel(lots of ex-pats.). Good restaurants nearby although we often walked or caught a $1 tuk tuk to the Quay for the people watching, cheap meals and beers.
Breakfast more than adequate, did not eat here otherwise, the room was clean, and air co. / tv all worked fine. Also benefit of a lift.
Was not busy here at this time, so we had no problems with staff available to assist and greet us for breakfast.

hotel is a bit secluded from the main road but it is within walking distance to the central market.rooms are spacious, shower head is the most luxurious and cleanliness is the utmost pleasure. the smell of jasmine is everywhere as it is the national flower.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
provide exact amount if necessary,at times they considered the change as tips especially if it is in USD. at the airport while paying airport tax, i'm not sure whether the lady forgot or simply ignorant for not giving us back a change of USD 7.00

This is a boutique hotel that provides a clean and tidy appearance. However, it lacks many of the additional features that normally come with a hotel, eg. ironing facilities, kettle to boil water. The room just has bedding facilties with bathroom but no relaxing lounge chairs. The included breakfast is not worth having (as they do not understand Western food)
Hotel Feature Tip:
OK accomodation for myself and 2 sons as we were on the go all the time. But I would not use this hotel for my wife and myself - instead I would look more upmarket with better facilities.

This hotel has a very high standard of fittings. The toilet and shower are excellent and the decor in the public areas is good. The beds are fine and the room had a flat screen TV and reasonable air conditioning.
The breakfast was limited and you only get a cup of coffee without additional charge. The quantities of butter and jam are also limited.
The hotel is located near many clubs and bars. The noise from these establishments continues until 0500Hrs. and this makes sleep very difficult. Due to this we are unlikely to use the hotel again. This is a shame as it has very high quality fittings.
