A nice plaxe to stay
Location and value for money
A very nice place to stay, close to almost most things to do in Phnom Penh. Anywhere out the front you can get a Tuk-Tuk to get to most attractions around the city. One negative is do not eat the breakfast there. A friend ate there and I didn't and he got very sick. It was the only difference with what we ate so had to put it down to the breakfast.

Worst Hotel, Room, Worst Staff, Performance
Location
The most incompetent and lazy staff, uncaring and unprofessional. Room was noisy, could hear everything in the lobby. No cleanup of the room unless you request it. Not worth the money, more like a backpacker place.

It was a great experience
location, location and location
Overall very nice. The property is great, the location is perfect for the nightlife and the breakfast is good. My only comment I felt the price for the room was way too high compared to what I discovered while there. Just as nice but far less. Especially for Cambodia. Good time though

Excellent river front hotel.
Nice traditional decor in the public areas. Good bedroom and bathroom. Nice central position.
Our room at the back of the hotel was a decent size and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was in the dining room on the ground floor at the front facing the river. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Hotel in the process of installing a lift. Huge choice of restaurants along the riverfront so no problems for where to eat in the evening. Not far from the FCC if you want a nice place for an aperitif or a meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel as a good central place to stay.

Good Rooms, Good Location and Good Value
Good Room, Friendly Staff and Good Value
Spacious and comfortable room with good view of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Good location with plenty of eateries nearby. They are installing a new lift which will deal with the one downside with the hotel Definitely very good value for money and I will surely stay there again.
