Considering the quality of the accomodation and services it is hugely overpriced. The up side is, you can always find a room when others are full.
- Travel tip : The night market is only a 5 minutes walk when you turn left after stepping out of the hotel, which we didn't realise until the last evening.

Heavy construction is going to go on for a long time just outside the hotel - avoid this hotel and hotels nearby.

The front rooms are quite lovely on the second side of the hotel (I did not see the original side). Some of the front rooms have a separate bedroom and are worth the extra few dollars if you plan to "splash out" or stay for a bit.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is situated close to the first drop off point for the Mekong Express bus from Siem Reap and to other destinations a 5 minute walk.

Rooms are very nicely decorated with touches of Cambodian style. The larger front rooms have a river view and are much nicer.
