We had a good tuk tuk driver outside the hotel, his name was Royce.
- Restaurant Tip : Don't eat at the hotel, food is below standard but just down the road is the Riverside Cafe!

Not bad for the price and was surely a good hotel 20 years ago. We enjoy 20 dollars free for person to play slots, breakfast was good and enough for one meal a day. Far from the center.

I think Agoda asking for this review is excellent follow up to give their other clients a sense of what another traveller felt about the hotel at which they stayed.
- Restaurant Tip : Good restaurants are within walking distance if you go out the hotel and turn right down Sisowat Blvd.

Exept for that private party with blaring music, I would return. One good thing is that all rooms are the same size and spacious, so no surprises. Location is best in Phnom Penh-- very central.
- Restaurant Tip : Angkor Surin restaurant-- good value and excellent Khmer food in nice setting.
