Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Casa Hotel Phnom Penh
Excellent Pool and Casino. Room was huge
7.3
This hotel was a delight to stay in. Front desk staff were terrific, huge room overlooking the swimming pool and river. CNN and full cable television. Casino on the first floor, housekeeping staff tremendous and only 10 minute walk to the main bar street. I felt a bit sorry for the people sleeping on the street just to the right of the hotel though.
Nightlife Tip:
Rosies bar is fantastic, Welkommen Inn - Norwegian run spotlessly clean

Enjoyed the accommodations at Casa Hotel. Beyond my own expectations. Only drawback is the night disco...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sightseeing and Restaurants are easy to get to...can even walk to some if you enjoy walking

Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Would stay here again without any doubts. Just be prepared for the noise coming from the disco, etc.

Your mileage will vary. This is a nice hotel, especially for the price and the location is good (near Wat Phnom).
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel has a nightclub attached. The nightclub was empty every time I went there, but the good news is that every taxi and tuk-tuk driver in the city knows the location of this hotel, making it easy to get home.

Our stay in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
7.3
The hotel also had a swimming pool which we did not use as we had very little time to do so. Also there was no internet for the customers, who did not have laptops, which I found rather frustrating. They only had wi-fi for laptop users.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel was within walking distance to the Wat Phnom but that was about all.

For the same amount of money I paid in Siem Reap, the hotel (Somadevi Hotel) is superb and wonderful in every way. I totally felt cheated by the pictures shown on the website.
Travel tip:
Wat Phrom which is located near is not worth the US$1 entrance fee.

Clean, Great location, but noisy
9.3
The hotel is situation in a great location. Unfortunately the hotel is known to attract travelers (and locals) who seek sexual companionship, hence the night club on the first floor. This hotel does not offer family-friendly environment.

The hotel staff wouldn't give us money back if we cancel our next night of stay due to loud noise. We called late at night and they said they would talk to the club. Nothing changed. Maybe it's run by the mafia. They were nice enough to change the room for us the next day. So stay close to the elevator if you don't want to hear/feel the bass late at night.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tuk-tuk drivers ask for higher price if you are white. Bargain hard.
