deluxe room is big,good cleaning
condition of room is poor,breakfast same egg and toast only every day, No Restaurant in walk way around every time to get taxi or tuk tuk
We stay first time in Phnom Penh and this was our first hotel, no internet in side hotel and no nearest, at least one kilometre away, that fell hard to cummunication outside world in thease days. only one lift for 7 storey hotel to wait long time

Dated condition of hotel and furniture.Unfriendly staff!
This hotel is very dated, I wouldn't have been suprised to see Starskey and Hutch running down the halls !the furniture was covered in rust stains. My bed was two singles pushed together,but unfortunatly the sheets didn't cover my feet and stopped just below my knees! the bathroom was o.k I only saw one other guest during my stay! So surely there must have been a room with sheets that fit or even a double bed

Has a disco that can keep going until about 8am. This can be an annoyance if you are a light sleeper. Not too much to do around there.
The Casa hotel was an alright place to stay for what we paid. It is located close to the river which made it convenient when we were leaving by boat to go up to Siem Reap. The breakfast was a set course, not anything to write home about. The rooms themselves were fine for what they cost. They hotel staff were always helpful.
Nightlife Tip : If you like to have a cold beer in a friendly environment head to a bar called SHARKY's. It is about 2km from the Casa hotel and located up a flight of stairs. The bar is quite big and inviting.
