Location,room size

Safe in room not secured, breakfast a bit small, staff english limited

The hotel was in a good close location to the main area for eateries and sightseeing with only a $1.00 tuk yuk ride required. The 4th floor swimming pool was good and the room was large and clean. An in hose disco did go through to the late hours of the morning however it had little impact on our sleeping. Overall good value for money.

Restaurant Tip : Godd locality to the riverside eateries.

Hardly any hotwater at all. Aircon not cool. Room is large but smelly so is the cross alleyway. Breakfast is very basic, only 3 choice and fixed.

Value for money I will stay else where, somewhere close to the river side. I will not recommend it to anyone of my friends

Location was great and room was clean by Cambodian standards. Staff was great.

There is a club attached, I enjoyed it but it might not be for everyone.

This place had great staff, good dining and a huge club and a small casino. The location is close to tour spots and other clubs good place to visit.

Casino, swimming pool, location

Poor people just outside the hotel

The Casa is great value for money. Huge room, good pool, casino on first floor and all in all a great place to stay. Close to the nightlife and only a tuk tuk away from Sharkies and Walkabout hotels. Staff were very pleasant and pool very clean. Would highly recommend this one

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Every sunday join the hash house harriers - 2.30pm at the rail station right near Casa Hotel

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Lovely pool.

A bit of a hike from the busy part of town and the roads are often unlit so I wouldn't advise walking alone.

The Casa Hotel is a plain building but once inside the large lobby you get a warm welcome from the very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is decent and though only a few choices there is enough to keep everyone happy. I went on a day trip which the hotel staff helped to organize at no extra cost and I found their advice invaluable.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to book a trip or just transport then I would recommend doing this via the reception staff.

central location

lousy breakfast

The rooms were old and the breakfast bad. There were mosquitoes in the lobby and we were bitten badly. the beds were too soft and the sheets were dirty. The staff were polite but a bit slow when we asked for the keys for the room safe they could not find them.

Location and price.

It is a old hotel and the carpet must be changed as fast as possible!

Casa hotel is a good option for low budget travelers. The hotel is a bit old but the room was clean, the staff was really helpful and the location is just perfect. 5 min walk from buses to Vietnam and Siem Reap, and 10 min from good restaurants (both western and eastern food). The swimming pool is a relax place while watching the crazy traffic of Cambodia's capital.

Nice staff. Central location. Big rooms.

Dirty rooms. Hotel is run down and needs upgrade and maintenance. Breakfast was not good.

We booked via the internet, mainly because of centrally located and presence of swimming pool. The pictures and description were better than the actual status of the hotel. Although we booked for 2 days, we decided to leave earlier. The staff was in fact very helpful and we found a nice hotel just around the corner (Sunway)

Travel tip : The hotel just started renovation so it may get improved substantially.

the staff are fantastic. the service is great and fast.

the rooms are run down. torn bed sheets, dirty curtains, shower runs at a trickle, toilet does not flush properly.

when we arrived at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. the food was OK,but expected more from breakfast but generally good breakfast. our shower didn't work well and you need a shower with all the hot weather. there was a night club at the hotel that was quite loud so not good for families. i think the cost of the hotel was too much since the sheets were very worn and the carpet quite dirty. i expected a lot more for the money we paid. it was not expensive but friends of ours stayed elsewhere for half the price and it was much better.

Restaurant Tip : near lots of good restaurants.

good large roomy rooms with views of phnom penh and friendly service from the staff.

not all lights work in room i had.

i have stayed in many hotels and for a mid range budget hotel for Cambodia this hotel has a exciting little casino where you can have lots of fun and very friendly staff who are all willing to help also the lift always works well and is roomy ... they also have a very throbbing disco with continuous dancing .. but i could not hear it in my room .. the check in desk staff were very cooperative for all information and could explain in English the food was ok but could have a bit more variety ... all the door attendants were very welcoming and that is important on arrival.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool. Big rooms, with comfortable furniture.

Not much works - fridge not working, safe, and no hot water.

If everything worked, then this would be ideal - however, the safe was not attached to the wall, the fridge did not work and we had no hot water for the whole two days. The staff are lovely, but they can't get you a new light bulb if the hotel doesn't have any. Nice big rooms, comfortable furniture and cable TV. Close enough to lots of restaurants and the river.

Rooms are big and clean.

Noise level due to a casino being in it; staff is not very friendly.

The hotel is fine if you are staying for a night or two. Rooms are big and clean, for breakfast you can choose one of the four set breakfast options. Noise from the casino woke me up in the morning. This can be a problem for some. Hotel staff is not very friendly. During the day I asked about the taxi price to go to the airport and was told $12. In the evening the price was $10. I asked the front desk for a wake up call and they said ok. No wake up call in the morning. And that considering that I had to catch a plane early in the morning. Not a pleasant experience.

The staff friendly and accommodating, the hotel is good for businessmen

Disco thumping out music from 10pm to 5 am - Not in City epicentre, no restaurants in the vicinity

The hotel is good with friendly helpful staff, their English was not the best but they all tried hard to be understood.I dont recommend this hotel for lone women travellers due to the fact that there are no restaurants in the area and the streets are not well lit however, having said that there is nothing wrong with the hotel its the location if that is not an issue then the hotel is fine (other than the disco every night!)

Needs a makeover.

Casa is a well known hotel... Famous for it's over rated night club. The club caters to mainly Asian travels & rich Khmers. Drinks are expensive there. The hotel and rooms are in a very poor condition. Dirty and out dated. There is no gym and internet access will cost $10 per day. There are many good hotels closer to the riverside and several nice nightclubs around the city. I would not recommend staying at Casa.

Room rate reasonable. Big rooms with river sight. With a swimming pool.

Decoration old. Swimming pool not well repaired & maintained. Noisy at night.

Located not far from the Sisowath Quay river front where there're lots of restaurants & bars. Hotel decoration is old, but the rooms are big, modestly clean and some have great river sight. Staff are friendly. Noisy at night time due to noice from the KTV downstairs. Overall speaking, it's worth for the price.
