Rooms are clean, staff is somehow difficult to communicate, but they are trying to be helpful tho.
Its near by Russia market, in hotel is no place you can drink coffee, hotel restaurant is nothing special, and hard to order something which is not on menu, cause restaurant staff does not speak english good enough to understand.
Guests rooms are above 7th floor, floors 2-7 are for karaoke rooms with a lot of karaoke girls, so if you are up for that, you can have a plenty of fun.
Drink in karaoke rooms starts from 3$ and up, 1 hours renting room is 5$
Tuk Tuk in front of hotel can take you anywhere in Phnom Pehn for about 5-10 $, there is also motorbike service.

Good location near city centre

hotel check in slow as they could not find my booking. breakfast starts only after 9am and was the most horrible i ever encounter, not worth to eat it. must ask for high floor, as 2-7 flr are ktv rooms. no hand towel supply only just bath towel. no shampoo and shower gel supply. this is not value as compare to other nearby hotel e.g. macau pp which is better.
