centrally located, the cleanliness was ok, but the room looks old and dim. the lift requires access card to choose which floor to go, but the hotel basically has no control on anyone using the stairs, so basically any 'guest' are allowed.

Best cheap sleeping hotel in Phnom Penh

I always stay at the Nana when in town, it is very cheap, clean and tidy with friendly staff.
If you want a place that is secure, central and cheap the Nana is the place to stay. It is a combination of the Circuit Hotel and the Nana into one, this was done in the last year and is a benefit.

It is actually a nice budget hotel, which is centrally located in Phnom Penh. very easy to go to all attractions. Central Market is just 5 minute walk, whereas Palace & silver pagoda is only around 15 minute. Entrance ticket to Palace & Silver Pagoda is US$.6.50. I suggest you to walk in Phnom Penh rather than using tuk-tuk or tri-cyclo because most of them are cheatful. I had to work hard to look for good tuk-tuk driver to go to airport and Killing Field
