cable tv with english channels, their A/C and their shower were probably the best things going....
staff hardly spoke english, were not as helpful as they could be, location was not crash hot....no food either!!!
If you have a choice, I would recommend a hotel closer to the quay. This hotel looked good on paper, although it is a short 10 minute walk to the quay, it is situated in midst of the locals and away from the tourist-y hotels and english-speaking restaurants with english menus.
We asked the staff to booked tickets to siem reap for us the moment we arrived, again when we were leaving the hotel to sightsee, and again when we came back from sightseeing. Three times in total (to the same staff who said yes yes they will book it for us) and the result was no ticket. Came the day we left we had to settle for tickets at times that were inconvenient (7am) because other times were sold out!!!
