Overall is just ok, been to other better Hotel in Phnom Penh with a similar price....
The highlight of my stay is only when i forgot my phone charger, the staff told me when i want to check out and bring it back to me....but well, it's only a phone charger...
But the location is good, near restaurant and everything

Reasonable-comfort in the heart of Phnom Penh

Overall it was alright. The best part is the hotel's location (very central - walking distance to the shopping mall, restaurants, market). The rooms were pretty clean & deluxe rooms were spacious with balcony. Hotel staff could speak decent English to provide directions & suggestions.
The hotel's undergoing renovations, which makes it slightly dusty. The elevators (2) were terribly small, suitable for probably Cambodian-sized people only. Americans & Europeans or any larger Asians can only fit 2 persons per lift. The room-service food variety & prices were actually very reasonable, but we were very disappointed that they do not have the kitchen available due to renovations, so no room service for now. During peak days, service for breakfast is very slow as there's only 1 person cooking for hundreds of people. It can get rather noisy if you stay on the lower floors as the hotel faces the main road fill with vehicles honking all the time throughout the day AND night.
