Fantastic value in the heart of Phnom Penh

The value for what you get at this hotel is fantastic. Good room, internet and great breakfast for under $20 a night. Also a stones throw away from the royal palace and about seven minute walk to museum.

It was pleasant enough. The pillows smells weird. I had to spray perfume just so I could sleep. But the location of this hotel is just great. Next door there is a halal restaurant called Warung Bali. We ate all our meals there.
It is within walkable distance to the museum and and the royal palace area. You can even walk to the independent monument from this hotel.... and the night market as well. The riverside area is a great place to relax and unwind after visiting all the must visit places in Cambodia.

The room (standard) is small, no space for luggage.
Room was clean and serviced daily.
Close to restaurants and sights.
Breakfast was poor.
Staff were helpful on request but more interested in their mobile phones or computer screen than guests!
Hotel does not have a lift.
Stairways are grubby and cigarette butts left in plants.
