Excellent service, wonderful balcony room

We had a deluxe room with balcony and although huge balcony we did not get the time to enjoy it. The staff were extremely helpful and our tuk tuk driver we had to the killing fields and S21 was brilliant which we had organised through the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The killing fields although horrific is a must do.

Very good hotel,the best I stay in for that money.very nice stuff and very helpful and always with a smile.Breakfast was excellent and the food we have in their restaurant was very good.Small pool but big enough for my daily swim.Very nice room, bathroom very fresch and free water,coffee and te.Flatscreen Tv and dvd in room and very good bed.Pool Bar very nice and good prices.Next time I go to Phnom Penh I know where I stay.

Great location, wonderful service
We got a room with a pool view & balcony, it was exceptional. Everything was very clean & they were very helpful.

The location is ideal, within walking distance of most of central Phnom Penh, yet fairly quiet. We didn't pay over $3 for any tuk-tuk ride during our stay to get to the hotel. The pool is lovely, and since the hotel is quite small, never overcrowded. Our room was spacious and the balcony just invites you to sit with a drink. Price was right and overall it was a great stay.

this hotel is in a great location, excelent staff, helpful and friendiy. tuk tuk drivers just outside hotel for hire anytime [fair price] breakfast good with nice view of pool, bar @ hotel great for a drink in afternoon or night time. rooms @ hotel were a big let down , towels and bed linen need to be replaced [ old and tired looking] . standard rooms i saw had no natural light [window faceing on to internal hall] not mentioned in agoda web page or eureka villas web page, we had to upgrade to get natural light. rooms were clean but very basic with no real thought to decor, which is a pity as this hotel has everything else just right ie . staff , location ,pool and easy laid back atmosphere, in my opinion everything you need for a great holiday. this hotel has the potential to be one of the best in phnom phen with just a little thought to room detail and real window discription.ie natural light.the best thing about this hotel is its staff , they were excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a tuk tuk driver for a day and see all the sights, easily done in one day.

stayed at eureka villa's for one night, before heading to kep.very nice hotel in a good location,about a five minute walk to royal palace.room we had was on lower ground,behind the bar. room was large,with tea and coffee making facilitie's,tv and safe,bathroom was large as well,very clean,with superb staff, wouldn't hesitate to recommend eureka villa's to anyone.

Very centrally located behind the Palace and very handy to the main tourist area. This place is a real gem. Everything works in the rooms and it is very quiet for its location. Breakfast is a set menu and quite acceptable. After sightseeing, nothing beats coming back to the pristine pool and bar area. You have to pinch yourself to realise where you really are located. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel. Apart from the Aussie connection, the local staff were absolutely wonderful and prepared to have a go at any particular cocktail you wanted. They also have Bundy rum at the bar.
Restaurant Tip:
Most nearby restaurants seem to all have good food, with plenty of options available for those days when eating Asian food just won't cut the mustard. Because of the number of restaurants, competition is very fierce and prices are outstandingly cheap.
