Pleasant Stay
Friendly staff, big rooms, location
Overall pleasant but there was renovation going on beside the small swimming pool. The outside gate was alway open to let the builders in. This meant that there was no privacy from the street and it was noisy and dusty. There were not enough chairs for all the guests to sit out beside the pool.

A nice hotel in the city
Close to Royal Palace and riverfront, pool, friendly staff
This hotel was nice, and it's right in the center of the city. The Royal Palace and riverside are only a five minute walk. Phnom Penh is pretty spread out, but you can take a tuk tuk from here for $3. The rooms are nice, and there is a pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside is there is construction downstairs, which made it too noisy to use the pool at times. I'd still recommend this place though.

nice staff, good location, clean rooms
nice staff, good location, clean rooms
Accidentally booked a family room, very big & clean, enough for 6-8 people. We were allocated to their new building, where WIFI signal could not be received. The members of staff were nice & helpful. Free daily breakfast was nice. Very close to the Grand Palace and National Museum, easy access to the major attractions.

Good location, but sound proofing can be better
location, cleanliness, friendly staff
Location was good (near the Royal Palace and River Front) considering the price. However, the sound proofing was very bad with a lot of surrounding noises (from neighbours, aircon etc) at night. Construction still ongoing to build more rooms, wifi password was either down or changed as a result. Was not able to call (even to other rooms) using the room phone. But owner mention they are changing/upgrading the systems so hopefully will be better upon completion

Ok hotel, did the job
Location
Stayed here 1 night and it did the job. Not great but ok for the price. Rooms are a decent size and are clean. Breakfast is basic - eggs and toast. Easy walking distance to riverfront area.

A little oasis in the middle of the city.
Walking distance to major attractions and local restaurants
5 min walk to the palace, museum and the main restaurant strip by the river. Service was excellent. Breakfast incl in room was great. Major renovations of the bar/restaurant area. Wireless internet was spotty in the room, but excellent by the pool/lounge area. Major aggravation was poor drainage of the shower drain. The a/c seemed to struggle to keep up with the heat/humidity, but wasn't bad. Bar at the hotel was way more expensive than any place around there. Tuk tuk right outside the hotel. 30 mins to the airport cost $7 (with low traffic otherwise an hour $20 for the day with a tuk tuk to take you to Genocide museum, killing fields and the Russian market. Russian market alone is $2 by tuk tuk one way from the hotel. worth visiting for anyone with a shopping urge Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit
