Staff were helpful and the tuk runs outside helped out in day trips. Our room was a little disappointing as there was no curtain over the door which let some light in at night time and the fridge was rather noisy.

It doesn't provide the amenities of larger hotels but it was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and made to order but quite lovely. Rooms are relatively big, we had a family of four. TVs are tiny!

Solo travelers Australia, September 27, 2012	Delightful little hotel with excellent service Beautiful swimming pool to relax and cool off 9.3 My one week stay at Eureka Villas was most enjoyable. When I arrived I was suffering from a bad cold and chest congestion. Manager Hen was extremely helpful and assisted me to get medical attention. He also assisted with arranging visits to various tourist sites. This place is a peaceful little oasis in a huge city. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Also a central location to most of the tourist attractions of Phnom Penh. I found all the staff most helpful and they made me feel quite at home.

Great location, security, staff, free breakfast, amenities, strong water pressure and furnishings. 9.3 The staff was very helpful in assisting us with bus reservations and acquiring a Vietnamese visa. No language problems and a lovely five nights in PP.

Groups Malaysia, August 21, 2012	Great location + service! friendly staff, good location 8.3 contradictory to other reviews, we found the rooms quite spacious. perhaps its because we went for the family suite. we traveled in a group of 3. bed and rooms were clean. huge toilet. the owner of the place is an aussie bloke, supports carlton footy team. so if you're planning on staying there, do some research on carlton, gets you a couple pints of beer location wise, not too bad, minutes away from the city / attractions. overall, a satisfied traveler. Restaurant Tip: You must take the tuk-tuk and go to Romdeng restaurant. only a few minutes away. Not only do they help street kids back onto their feet, they serve the most exotic cambodian dishes. Grilled tarantulas, stir-fry tree ants etc. Must try :) good ambiance as well.

Location is very close to everything. Walking distance to palace and beaches. Rooms were very small for three people. No place to put luggage. Breakfast was good. Nice swimming pool. Hotel Feature Tip: We had worst room of all. No place to walk. Bathroom was bigger then room.

Business travelers Australia, July 23, 2012	Bathroom oversized relative to bedroom Good location 7.3 Room was nice, but could have had a smaller bathroom-to-bedroom size ratio i.e. the bathroom was too big given the size of the room; I barely had any room to lean back on my chair while writing at the desk before hitting the bed behind. Breakfast was OK but choices were a bit limited. Nice place to eat breakfast (next to the pool).

Good location, lovely pool, very helpful staff. 8.3 the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the pool area (one of the main reasons we booked this hotel) was lovely. simple but very nice breakfast, the fried eggs were perfectly cooked! always tuk tuks around and staff helped advise correct prices. good location, would stay again.
