It was like a boutique type hotel in a busy area.

The room was a good size and was nicely decorated. Perfect hotel if you want to be close to the action. You could walk to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda easily. Great breakfast with a lovely view.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location right across the street from the river and around the corner from the Palace. However, the rooms and furnishings and fixtures are old and need repair, cleaning, or replacement. The rooms also need sound-proofing.Every sound from the stairs and restaurant above can be heard in the rooms. Fortunately I had ear plugs.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Definitely pay to have the breakfast included. It is worth it. The other restaurant food is over-priced and any of the restaurants within walking distance will offer something comparable at a better price.

Felt very comfortable and well served by excellent staff. Only draw was traffic noise from 6.30 am. No need for alarm.

reception area tiny and looked more like a serving hatch, staff very friendly and helpful.
nice big room, very comfy bed, bayon room has a balcony which you can eat your breakfast on. free wi fi.
only complaint was the old bath, the rest of the bathroom was modernised.
big bar and breakfast area and nice roof top bar.
lots of tuk tuks outside the hotel, handy but a bit annoying.
good bars all along the road.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a Tuk Tuk to the floating village Kampong Phluk, hotel can provide a guide and transport, you see so much more from a Tuk Tuk.
Also, The Killing Fields, very sad but interesting.

Great Breakfast, most accommodating staff. No twin beds available, only 9 rms. in hotel.
they do provide roll away bed. Easy walking to Royal Palace, and National Museum only 5-10 mins.
Restaurant Tip:
many restaurants along street to walk and choose from, great food, easy transportation to sightsee.

The hotel is near the riverside, at there you will find a street full of bar, and also many restaurants. The location is really good. Inside the hotel you can feel that you are at your home coz the decoration of the hotel is just like your own home.Again Comfortable : )
