The hotel is located away from the street and can be hard to find if you do not know it.
We had ordered pick-up from the airport (USD 12) and the driver was waiting for us despite we were delayed by a rainstorm in Bangkok.
The Junior Suite is not more than a double room with very little space for 2 suitcases.
The beautiful formed handwash bassin is without hot water, so if you do not like to shave in cold water there is only the shower left, but without mirror.
The hotel is beautiful decorated and the breakfast is quite fair with nice coffee.
The hotel is not suitable for longer stays.
The staff is very helpful and arranged a 1-day sightseing tour for us. Despite the tour was quite expensive it was in a good car and with a competent English speaking guide
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel location is near to many attractions with meny very good restaurants nearby

The hotel is not what you see in the website. It is a pretty bad hotel. The rooms are big but of no use. This so called boutique hotel has no lift and we were given rooms in the third floor. The a/c in the room is not at all effective. We had to shift our cot just under the a/c to sleep in the night. The rooms had a bad odor and has open toilets which is ridiculous. The only plus point of the hotel is the staff were very nice. Since I had booked this hotel on Agoda I could not cancel it and change my hotel as they refused to refund the amount. Please avoid this hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel has not lifts, the a/c in the rooms just do not work.

Amazing Service and Beautiful Accomodations

Cambodia can be a bit exhausting, crowded, hot, and confusing. So after a 4 hour car ride from Siem Reap we were so pleased to make it to the Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel! The staff were some of the most attentive, polite and professional people I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. They greeted us with cool towels and a cold fruit juice, and led us up to our room which was huge and beautiful! The whole complex is amazing! Just a small entryway corridor that leads into the sprawling main complex. Beautiful decorations, amazing staff. We liked it so much, we stayed again on the last night of our trip!
Restaurant Tip:
Try "Friends", about two blocks towards the river and on your left. an amazing cafe run by ex street kids.

the staff are very helful and accommodating. the tv didn't work in the room i'd booked, so they upgraded me immediatiely.
very comfy bed, spacious room, huge bath/shower.
breakfast included was pretty good.
really nice place.

fcc (foreign correspondents club has great views and ambience... within walking distance.
boddhi tree cafe, near s21, has great food and atmo.

Great Location, Service and beautiful rooms

i stayed for one night and loved that i was able to walk to everything. the front desk staff helped to book a car for me to the airport the following night and helped me the next day even though i was not actually staying that night. it was so nice having that considering i am a female and was traveling solo at that point. my room was beautiful & clean, i loved the bath tub which was carved out of one large piece of stone. i would recommend to anyone looking for great accommodations. i feel like i got the room at a great price as well!
Restaurant Tip:
Friends restaurant is just a short walk away, run by former street children who have been trained in hospitality. Not only are you helping a great cause but the food was AMAZING

Location is good but the street is too busy.
Food is poor quality (terrible orange juice, ham is not real ham, and preserves are jelly). The staff is really nice.

excellent location, great service, modern rooms

really nice hotel hidden away very discreetly (would have had trouble finding it if the taxi driver didn't know his way!). the room was comfortable and clean, with new facilities, lovely breakfast (not buffet, everything made to order) with some nice eco-friendly touches like water refills and shampoo refills rather than overusing plastic bottles. the staff were very helpful and organised an excellent taxi to take us to siem reap, we enjoyed our stay so much we took advantage of the 15% discount and booked the frangipani villa in siem reap too. it is within very easy walking distance of major attractions like the silver pagoda/royal palace, and the fantastic ngo restaurant friends is just down the road.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Only odd thing was the open bathroom, (no door, just a curtain), fine for travelling with partners/friends but maybe not if you like your privacy.
