Nice hotel
Location, staff friendliness and clean rooms.
8.3
Upon arrival to check in to our room, we were informed that unfortunately there was not a room available. They moved us to their sister hotel, Frangipani Royal Palace. This was reportedly an upgrade. The room at the new hotel was nice, the bathroom was small with an open shower. This was difficult to use without soaking other areas of the bathroom. The hotel was quiet although in a busy area of town. Was an easy walk to the palace and national musuem. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the unplanned change.

nice design hotel
central location, clean, friendly staff

The location of the hotel is very good. It is about walking distance from the hotel to the royal palace and the museum. The breakfast is fair, but not too fancy. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, but not fancy.

Good location, nice clean room,
Good location , very clean sóroom, bathroow was nice , stylish design.
8.7
The was Ok. I liked the design of the hotel, was plain but nice. Room was immaculately clean. Bathroom was nice and big. Bath tub was exceptionelly trendy. Bed was Ok. Air con was all right. The hotel is in the middle of the main things, just 100 meter from the Royal palace area.
Also the receptionist staff was helpul, though nor too good English but tried hard.
Breakfast was pretty average. The waiter staff was the least helpful I have ever seen in Asia, they didnot care at all, just talked with each other. All in all I could recommend the hotel-

Great little hidaway hotel
good location, clean rooms, nice decors, friendly staff
8
Walking distance (5-10 mins) to most must see tourist attractions (National museum, Royal palace, river front...)
Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated as pictured.
Staff services was accomodating, he help arrange transportation pick-up for my friends arrival and to Siem reap.
It can be a bit noisy from 8-5 due to construction next door, but most that time I was not in the hotel.
Travel tip:
Phnom phen is a small city, easy to get around. Always have tuk-tuks to take you anywhere for $1-2, at most $3 around town.
It's a early town, markets and museums opens at 8 and closes at 5. Draft beers for .50 or .75 cents a glass at river front bars.

Nice interior but poor performing staff
Creative structure and good location
6.3
Overall I was not satisfied my my stay at Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel. It's a pretty hotel but in lack of staff performance. Getting an iron and a well-mixed cocktail turned out to be quite difficult. Room interior is creative and nice, and hopefully Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel can fix the little "buts" and truly become the 3.5 star hotel they advertise.

Almost there at Frangipani
Hotel decor and location could not be nicer. The hotel was done up in a 1960s style with bright colors against a minimalist background.
9
I originally booked at the Frangipani Boutique Hotel but due to an error in their system there were no rooms avaiable so they upgraded me to the recently open Frangipani Fine Arts Hotel. The hotel had been open about one month so it was brand new.
The most memorable thing about this hotel was the interior decor. It had polished cement floors in the hallways and lobby but with bright carpets - a very 1960s decor so you felt like you were back in the Sihanouk era and DeGaulle was still President of France. Unfortunately, they are still getting the bugs out since my bathroom door did not close properly and there was not enough hot water in the room. But the location of the hotel is fantastic with about a 2 minute walk to the river and a 30 second walk to the Fine Arts Museum and surrounding art galleries. You also had a front row seat for the cremation of King Sihanouk just across the street. If you are into cremations, this hotel is great! When you return to the hotel at night, it is the most brightly lit up and nicest looking building on the block. This hotel has great potential and would strongly recommend it for the adventurous and those who love architecture and contemporary art.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Riverfront, Museum, and art galleries closeby.

Friendly staff but small rooms
Cheap and good alternative for a budget hotel.
5.3
The hotel is ok for a budget traveler but the rooms are small but clean.
The toilet have no cabin so the water goes all over the floor. Breakfast was like 1 egg on a toast with coffee that all so that was not good at all. Otherwise its cheap and well worth the money.
