The hotel is located bang in front of the Royal Palace and about a 2 minute walk from the main tourist hub of Phnom Penh. The staff was very attentive and efficient in their service. This is the perfect hotel for a family to spend some quiet time in.

A great guest house
breakfast is good, location is good, room is clean.

This is a high standard guest house, good free breakfast, clean room, lots of international TV channels, free wifi. But do not expect it as a 4-star hotel.
The bath water in my room can not adjust cold and hot. At first it is cold, within a minute it become extreamly hot, so I can only take bath within a minute.
Use the free one way airport transfer on your return flight. As you can find taxi of 9 USD for the 9km (less than 6 miles) trip from the airport. The hotel charges 12USD. And you do not have much options if you hope to find a car instead of a tu-tu.
