Although it wasn't as luxurious as we expected, the place had a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The bed was especially comfortable (can be difficult to find in Cambodia). It was an overall positive experience.

The place has a nice clean decor, You can tell its been done up well. The breakfast spread was nice and free use of the business center. Since the pool was being repaired they offered a free airport pickup to compensate which I thought was a nice touch. The staff are very nice and always willing to help.
However, on a closer look the wood in the cabinets and toilet door was bloated and would'nt close properly. The shower area and the toilet are so close together that the toilet seat always gets wet. The room service and food service overall is very slow - a plate of fries took more than 45 minutes to come!
