Nice room, big window and large bathroom
Nice room, big window and large bathroom

Only stay 1 night, but staff was nice, nice and large room and I love the bathroom. Old villa style classic design. But local night clubs around seem not really secure for a solo traveler

Good budget hotel
Friendly staff, good location, large room
9
Small, clean budget hotel located in a quiet street. The staff were very friendly and "upgraded" us to the "suite" room on arrival, which was at the back of the hotel in a detached building. The room was extremely large, clean and comfortable, though rather dark and with dated furnishings. It absolutely poured with torrential rain just after arrival, so did not venture out to explore the area. The hotel only serves breakfast, which was lovely.

quiet oasis in Phnom Penh
situated in quiet street not far from Royal Palace
9.7
The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. Our room was very nice indeed. The hotel is small and in a quiet street but with easy access to the Royal Palace area either by tuc tuc or, as we did, on foot. For breakfast there was a good choice of different (though western) food. There was a kettle in the room and a selection of tea and coffee.

Very pleasant and well situated.
Well priced, clean and comfortable rooms in a pretty garden setting, near many amenities and attractions.

Our stay went well at the Frangipani Villa 60's hotel, and we were happy with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was spacious and also very clean. It was great to have a kettle and tea-making facilities as well as a fridge. The staff were helpful and especially so when 1 of us got sick and needed some help with getting onto the airlines and making phone calls. Breakfast was quite good- certainly sufficient for the day. It was a pity there was not restaurant service, but for a small hotel, I guess that is not cost-effective.
My friend and I were there for a week and would recommend this sweet little hotel.

A nice gem in a good location
Friendly staff, large room, breakfast

The hotel is very nice. It is small but the staff is very friendly and speak good English. Rooms are quite spacious (especially the suite) and reasonably priced. Breakfast is multi choice and quite nice (western and Asian). Location is close to shops and restaurants (magnolia Vietnamese restaurant is a nice romantic choice). We would definitely recommend it. To keep in mind though, it is a bit away from the riverside and markets.

Friendly and helpful staffs
8.7
Had a free upgrade to frangipani fine arts hotel just round the corner of the villa-60s hotel. room is big and spacious. staffs are friendly and nice. only thing is the breakfast is kind of limited quality. the room have a smell and it may get noisy at night as its just beside residential. but overall its a good experience.
