Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Good place, friendly service
Very friendly staff, basic but clean rooms, good breakfast

We were upgraded to a larger room but there was construction next door (after 8am) and the hot water in the shower was essentially non existent.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out Street 240 for good restaurants.

i was upgraded to a suite for free for the first few days of my sty, which was absolutley beautiful for the money. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included in the price, although simple, was quite good. no problems with air con, but hot water runs on a solar powered system and when i was there it was cloudy, so there wasn't really hot water.

Feel like home
You can stay with your family and your couple only....I like the bed material....it is whole piece from natural ratten weaving...but I hope the ratten should be processing by odorlessing.

Wonderful hotel, nice service. A great pool. When I arrived the staff welcomed me with a drink and a smile. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the pick up and drop off were on time. All and all I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

great C/P ,but the palce is not in the city center

I had stayed this cute hotel in July,2011, this was a wonderful experience. thought the hotel is small, but you can feel relaxing when u stay here. The place is a little bit far from the river side, but don't worry about that, u can just take tuktuk, only 2 USD or less. If you have free time , just walk along the 252 street, there are some special places to find out.

I was originally booked at this hotel but there was a problem at their end so they moved me to their sister hotel of same name in Street 107(Arts Steet) which is in a better sight seeing location.New hotel, good sized room with big shower only.Cleaned daily at my convenience.Staff spoke good english and were friendly.Located in the artiste street up the road from the museum and royal palace.Carriaged bike tut tuts out front at a trip or around for the day.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Museum and Royal palace worth a visit allow 1 to 1.5 hrs each. The killing fields and torture prison can be done in 1/2 day just leave early before the tourist buses.(If you are the sensitive type then maybe go else where)

location of hotel is down a dark side road. not recommended at night if you are walking. best to use a tuk tuk. very cheap and drivers seem to be friendly. at this hotel the staff could not be more helpful anfd friendly but sadly there is a large building construction going on next door and it seems to have been going on for about 2 years, judging by past reviews of the hotel. work commences at 7.00am but not on sunday. breakfast suited us but not much choice. leaving aside the excellent staff there is not alot going for it. it is really a guesthouse.

Excellent service in a cosy, boutique hotel
8.3
a cute hotel with really lovely staff who provided a very warm welcome and went out of their way to assist with things like discussing needs with the tuk tuk driver, although slightly away from restaurants and places of interest. breakfast is limited to toast, eggs and fruit so not great if not to your taste.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you visit Wat Phnom check that the building work is finished before buying a ticket - we bought entrance tickets only to find it closed for renovation and were told that foreigners should look at the website and know it is closed!! we are not quite sure why the ticket office is even open but several foreign visitors experienced the same problem - you can walk up the hill and look around the area for free.

Nice little hotel
Great location, enormous room, lovely staff
8
I got a late deal on this hotel. The room I was given was on the ground floor, facing out to the open-air reception. The accommodation is parcelled up into four sections - sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It has AC in the sitting and sleeping areas. The hotel is in a lovely setting, with a tropical garden. Staff were very nice and helpful, and there are Tuk-tuk drivers right outside, although there are plenty of shops etc withing walking distance, including a Lucky supermarket. The only thing I didn't like was the absence of a door between the bedroom and the sitting room, as the outside light was on all night and shone into the bedroom. The hotel also has a Green policy, and uses local staff and products. Breakfast was a basic, just a couple of slices of toast and jam, though you have the option of an Asian breakfast too.
Restaurant Tip:
The hotel staff recommended Romdeng restaurant, which is run by a charity training streetkids. The food was yummy - I paid $10 for a starter, main course and drink and the kids are amazing.
