We are very happy with Mr. Sucret( the front office staff) who was very helpful. Also we were blessed to have been referred by Mr. Sucret to Mr. Ni (the tuktok driver). Both of them made our stay and trip fulfilling. We were able to appreciate Phnom Penh more because of them. Mr. Sucret's service compensates
whatever amenities the hotel lacks.

Very comfortable stay at Frangipani Villa -60s Hotel. The rooms were a good size, very clean and had a great bathroom. We arrived late in the evening and ended up having a home cooked Khmer meal prepared by they young chefs for us at a very reasonable price. Food was excellent! The staff are very friendly and keen to interact with you. You can use the tuk tuk drivers out the front of hotel for a reasonable price. Excellent accommodation for a reasonable price.
Shopping Tip:
240 street great for shopping.

This was an older small hotel in a rundown area

we would not stay there again. although the staff was trying very hard, the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. the offered breakfast was fine but there was not a great deal of choice or variety. if stars were to awarded, it would no more than a two stars. we would not recommend this to friends.

The staff was very nice but working with limited resources

Did not stay here but got moved to sister hotel

On arrival we were informed that we were getting moved to their sister hotel, Frangipani Villa 90"s. It would not have been my first choice because of location. My original choice was in a more central location. Over all, very nice hotel, great staff.We were given a very nice room. We were there for Chinese New Years so the music began at 0630 in the morning for an hour and again at 5 pm. Lots of American Rap. Very interesting and funny when the music from Tropic Thunder start playing.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance from the Russian market.
