Nice, quiet and calm little hotel on a side street in south of town.
Excellent value for money with very nice (simple but very comfortable) rooms and a range of facilities. Very helpful staff. Pleasant little garden area for drink and meals. Really nice to avoid the bigger places with the tour groups, and this is ideal for the independent traveller, as it has just 15 rooms.

nothing to say every thing is ok
when i arrive at the hotel i have 3nights
but they told me they cant have me the 3 night and they booked me anther hotel for two nights
in thier expanecs but i pay the defrance.
but the new hotel was realy good am not sorry that i have to pay more. but what about if someone can not pay what will happen to him

Excellent and friendly staff.
Some plumbing problems - water that ran into the sink quickly ran out of the pipe onto the floor!
I like the fact that this is a "child-friendly" hotel, meaning that anyone trying to bring a child into this location for nefarious purposes will be quickly stopped. We stayed in the "60's" Frangipani Villa - there are two different locations. The rooms were very spacious and equipped well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The S21 Genocide museum is a must-see. It leaves you with a heavy heart, but everyone should see what the Khymer Rouge was capable of.
