Good staff and location (for me). Room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge.
Room would be better if it also had a fan, safe box and tea making facilities. There is a club nearby which is very noisy at night - this isn't their fault though and affects the whole area.

Nice hotel but a remote location

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (me and a friend) we asked for twin beds and got one kingsize bed and 1 large single bed which was great. The staff is friendly and the cleaning ladies do their job really well. You can ask for your free water once everyday when you go passed the reception and recieve a small cold water. The only bad thing is its location, its next to Tuol Sleng which is pretty far from the riverside (where you want to go for dinner or a drink) so everytime you go out for a drink or dinner it will cost you about 4-5 dollars to go back and forth.
