Me and my family all like this hotel. Although outside it looks small but the room is large, comfortable, clean, kindly and friendly service. However it doesn't the elevator.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good place for travelling around Phnom Penh.

Superbly situated hotel

My wife and I arrived with our near 1 year old child having booked a superior room. We knew their was no lift (as with most hotels of this price range in the area of Phnom Phen), but the check-in manager was quick to allocate us a very convenient ground floor room which was very suitable for our needs.
Although we only had a two night stopover before flying the next day the whole staff were extemely courteous and obliging to whatever needs we had. Also on our second night it was no problem to give us a late checkout to 1pm at no extra cost.
We did experience a few mosquitos in the room and with it being dark (no windows) they were harder to squash than normal but this can be easily resolved by asking reception to spray the room whilst you are out or doing it yourself.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very short walk to the river front for a pleasant stroll.
