Couples Australia, February 08, 2013	Boutique hotel in lovely location Staff very obliging, good understa ding of English 8.7 We enjoyed our stay, the staff were exceptional and willing to do that bit extra, highly recommend. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Trip to Mekong Island, take a Tuk Tuk, must see.

Business travelers United States of America, February 06, 2013	Quiet, pleasant, clean, could be more efficient Good sidestreet location, clean rooms, pleasant swimming pool and garden eating area 6.3 Overall a pleasant stay but the receptionist staff were a bit weak on efficiency, possibly because of their limited English. And the hotel did not try to provide hot water in my room for the entire stay, lukewarm at best. For $45 a night, hot water is not much to ask for. And the breakfast, at least the Western option, was very ordinary. I went out to eat elsewhere after the first day.
